Photo Gallery FAQs

The HanapaaFishing.com photo gallery is actually an aggregation of everyone's individual photo albums. When you add photos to your own personal photo album (in your profile), you're actually contributing to the site-wide photo gallery as well. Other users are able to browse through the site-wide photo gallery by using the photo search, or by clicking on the category links.

In order to add photos to the photo gallery, you need to be a registered member of HanapaaFishing.com. Don't worry, registration is free! If you are not already a registered member, click here to get started!

1. Once you sign-up, go to your Account Manager by clicking on your username in the right side of the navigation bar.
2. Click on "Manage Photo Album" in the left column under "Account Management"
3. You'll be taken to your Photo Album page. Click on "Add a Photo"
4. Click on "Browse" to look for the photo you'd like to upload.
5. Fill in the other fields (Title, Caption, Tags) and select a category for you photo.
6. Hit "Upload Photo"

Click "Delete" on the photo you wish to remove from your photo album page. You'll see a popup message "Are you sure you want to delete this photo?" Click yes to remove.

Yes, simply drag and drop the photos to the desired location in your gallery. * Note: this will only affect the sort order in your personal album.

Yes, although you need to be logged in to comment on other photos.

To avoid spam and other kinds of abuse, users who receive comments on their photos have to "approve" a comment before it's posted live.

Yes, with every new comment added to your photo, you'll receive an email notification. You can then login to your account, and click on "Manage Photo Album" to review the comments added to your photo. You have the ability to "approve" or "decline" the comments to your photos.

When you view a photo, you'll see a "Report this Image" link. Clicking on this will generate an email with the photo ID number you wish to report. Appropriate HanapaaFishing.com personnel will review your email and decide the appropriate action to be taken. HanapaaFishing.com reserves the right to remove any photo.

To view photos, you can do several things:

1. Use the search box in the Photo Gallery
2. Browse using the category links in the Photo Gallery
3. Browse using the "Recently Added", "Most Discussed", "Most Rated", and "Highest Rated" tabs in the Photo Gallery
4. Go to an individual profile and view their photo album.
