About me
I'm in my 50's, love bow-fishing, whipping, diving and exploring off-road. I'm not an expert with the bow fishing, but I love the exercise that I get from it.
Favorite Spot/Grounds?
Mostly the Northshore. I can do a number of things when the tide and good weather permits. Plus too it's an area that I'm familiar with, know the grounds well. Sometimes I'll venture to the South and west sides. As long the conditions are good...I'm there.
How often do I get out?
There was a time back in the day, when it was everyday after work. But that was then, now I do weekends only. I like to get an early start when the time comes. When the weather's great I'm there!
Favorite Gear?
Beauchat Speargun (53 1/2" from butt to tip of spear) Fishing Bow (an old Martin double-cam) 7' Ugly-stick (my whipping pole)
Most Memorable Event?
I have to say, taking my Son on his first day and night dive with me along the Northshore. Now he's doing them on his own with some really great dive-partners. They've got eachothers back whenever on their dive-missions. "SAFETY FIRST"
Favorite TV Shows
"HAWAII SKIN DIVER", Hawaii Goes Fishing, VS (Sport Channel) & all the CSI segments.

Eh Slackey...you should see da cannon bobby abril from kona just built me.Da buggah wen slaughter some 40 lb kahalas and permits the first time out dis weekend. Some accurate! Will post pics da hunt! SHOOTZ!
